Before any new Roofline installation starts, all old fascias and soffits will be stripped out along with any rotten felt to the eaves of the roof.

All fascias and soffits come in a range of designs, effects, colours and finishes, and will not rot, flake, crack or peel.

Bargeboards

Bargeboards are a strong ornamental board located at the gable end of the roof that is designed to both protect and conceal the roof timbers of your home. Summit bargeboards will keep your roofline perfectly dry, with a smooth and consistent appearance and no unsightly gaps or holes.

With a solid board at 16-20mm thickness for increased durability, we use only stainless-steel pins and nails with polymer caps to ensure no rust stains appear. All bargeboards are available in the same colourways as fascias and soffits.

Dry Verge

Dry verge end caps are a much better alternative than using sand and cement for the end of the tiles on a gable end, and are excellent at keeping birds and vermin away, quick and easy to install, competitively priced, strong and durable and quality tested.

You can choose from:

Individual dry verges
Continuous dry verges for slate
Linear dry verge, more suited to smaller tiles and slates

All dry verges are mechanically fastened and can be fitted to most gable end tiles and slates - with or without bargeboards. When there is a bargeboard, we use a new treated timber lath fastened on to the PVC barge board to enable a firm and durable fixing, and simply extend the existing lath using a dry verge refurbishment kit when there is no bargeboard to make sure there is a solid firm anchor for the dry verge end cap.
